  • Do I have to come to rent or can I rent by phone?
    You can rent a unit in person or by phone. If you decide to rent by phone, you can pay your first month's rent by credit card or bank transfer and we will email you the necessary documentation to get started. Simply bring or send us the signed documents and we can finish the process to get you into your storage unit quickly.
  • How long is the contract?
    The minimum time is one month, and from then on you can have your storage room rented for as long as you want, months, years...
  • How can I access? and at what time?
    Once you make the contract we will give you a personal encrypted card with which you can access the center. And to access your module, all you need is the padlock key that only you will have. And you can use your storage room within our access hours, which are from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays. We are working to extend the hours and offer a better service to our clients, the changes in the hours will be announced soon.
  • What documentation do I need to contract?
    If you are private, the DNI and your account number to domicile the payments (with a receipt or the bank book will suffice) And if you are a company, you will need the CIF of the company, the DNI of the authorized person and the number of account to domicile the payments.
  • Is there a loading and unloading area to enter with the car or van/truck?
    Yes, we have a loading and unloading area for our customers. In addition to carts, wheelbarrows to make your work easier.
  • How much space do I need?
    During the storage room selection process you will be able to see and choose between the available sizes that are shown in our catalogue, we recommend you always choose the size following the one you think you need, since you will need space to be able to enter and look for your belongings comfortably without having to move everything around. However, you can contact us to advise you on everything you need.
  • What do I do to bring my things to Full Storage?
    You can bring them yourself from the moment you make the contract. Or if you want we can take care of bringing them and putting them in an orderly way in your storage room
  • How do I move my things from the van to the warehouse?
    You won't have any problems, you will have at your disposal a series of carts, wheelbarrows.
  • What do I do if I want to leave the storage room?
    All you have to do is notify us 15 days in advance and that is enough. Either by email or by stopping by our office.
  • Are my belongings insured?
    Yes, at all times. We offer you free insurance included in the contract. However, if you need a broader coverage we can adapt it to your needs.
  • What do I have to pay to rent a storage room?
    When the contract is made, you must pay the current month, and leave a monthly payment on deposit that will be returned to you when the contract ends. And the rest of the monthly payments will be sent directly to you by the bank between the 1st and 3rd of each month.
  • How safe is self storage?
    Do the storage facilities have cameras? Are there lights? Trusting your things in a warehouse is a great decision. Full Storage takes our responsibility to provide secure storage space very seriously. All Full Storage locations include security measures, such as: • Video surveillance • The facilities are well lit. • Controlled access that requires a code to enter • Manager on site during office hours • In addition to a range of fire and smoke detection systems.
  • What cleaning and pest control measures are taken?
    All Full Storage buildings receive pest and rodent treatment on a regular schedule by our dedicated pest control experts. Cleaning of the facilities is done twice a week.
  • Do your facilities have forklifts?
    Our multi-story facility has large forklifts, making it easy to get in or out of your storage unit. The transport of people inside the forklift is completely prohibited and it is exclusively to transport your belongings.
  • Are the storage units heated?
    No, these are standard storage units that do not include air conditioning.
  • Can I change the size of my storage room?
    Yes, whenever you need it. You just have to tell us and if there is availability you can do it at the same time.
  • Are there discounts if I stay a long time?
    We always have a promotion for our clients, ask us. And for long stays we have the following: if you pay 3 months in advance you save 5%, 6 months in advance you save 7%, and if you want to pay 12 months in advance you save 10% of the monthly payment.
  • Can someone other than me access my storage room?
    No, only you have the key to your storage room, neither our staff nor anyone can access your storage room, and your access code that we give you has a personalized individual code that we assign to you and your storage room.
  • You sell packing material to transport and store my goods, how can I buy it?
    At Full Storage we have a store where you can buy everything you need to properly protect your things: cardboard boxes, adhesive tape, bubble wrap, plastic film.
  • How do I report maintenance issues?
    During business hours, report the problem to the facility manager immediately. If you notice the problem outside of office hours, please email info@full-storage.com
  • What happens if I forget my access code or password?
    If you forget your access code, or if you forget or lose your key fob, contact your facility manager.
  • Do I have to sign a storage contract?
    Yes. Before you move in, you will need to sign a Storage Room Occupancy and Use Agreement and receive the full storage terms and conditions. Our staff will explain this to you and answer any questions you may have.
  • Can someone else sign the contract on my behalf?
    No. The Contract for the use and occupation of the storage room is legally made in the name of the person who signs it.
  • How can I give notice to move?
    You can give notice to move in writing or by email at least 15 days before the date of eviction. When giving notice, please include your full name, address, unit number, and the date you wish to vacate your unit.
  • Is my price guaranteed for the time I rent?
    Full Storage works hard to provide value to our customers through competitive pricing and maintaining clean, safe and secure facilities with the best customer service in the self storage industry. Please note that your original monthly rate is not guaranteed for the duration of your rental with Full Storage. From time to time, we adjust our customers' rental rates to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and a clean, safe facility.
  • What is the typical height of the storage unit?
    The most common ceiling height for storage units at our locations is approximately 2.5 meters. Certain storage units have ceilings higher than 3 meters that can accommodate large items.
  • Are pets allowed in the stores?
    No. As our stores can be very busy, with high volumes of traffic and operating forklifts, we do not allow pets. Guide dogs are allowed.
  • Does anyone else have to access my drive?
    No. Since the Storage Room Use and Occupancy Agreement is in your name, you are the holder of the access PIN and the only person with access to your unit. However, you can add family members, friends or colleagues to your account if you want to share your PIN access codes and storage room keys.
  • What happens if I am late in making a payment?
    Your monthly rent is due on the same day each month (the anniversary date of the rent). Full Storage provides a five-day grace period before charging a late payment fee on the sixth day after the payment due date. The surcharge for late payment is 15.00 + VAT. Late fees cannot be waived and the full balance must be paid immediately. Partial payments are not accepted. Please also note that until your account is paid in full, you may be denied access to your unit and your door access code may be removed.
  • What happens to my belongings if I miss a payment?
    We do our best to make sure this never happens and will contact you to request payment in advance. However, if you miss a payment or think you may have difficulty meeting your next monthly payment, please discuss your options with your store manager as soon as possible.
  • What do I need to leave the storage room and cancel the contract?
    Notify us 15 days before we receive your last month's payment, and we'll prorate your last month's rent (ie, charge you only for the days you use). On the day of your scheduled move-in, make sure the unit is completely empty, the lock has been removed, and the unit has been inspected by the facility manager.
  • Why have I been charged the return of my direct debit?
    When the bank returns a direct debit, we charge a fee to cover the additional costs we incur in processing the payment and arranging an alternative payment.
  • What happens if I can't pay for my storage room or warehouse?
    Everything is spelled out in your lease. For this reason, we recommend that you carefully review the contract that we will send you to formalize your rental. If the payment is not made 1 month after the expected date of collection of the rental of the storage room or warehouse, Full Storage will automatically cancel the contract and you will have one week to collect your goods without paying any additional charge. After this period, the client will have 3 weeks to collect the merchandise after paying the debt acquired with Full Storage. After 2 months from the date of non-payment, and having provided customers with different options for the recovery of their assets, Full Storage reserves the right to deliver assets to any organization or entity of social interest or non-profit purposes, as well as to dispose of them if said entities are not interested in them.
